 Artist’s Statement

"The Nature of Things" guides viewers through an immersive exploration of how natural and human-made materials coexist harmoniously in art. This collection features both two-dimensional and three-dimensional artworks that highlight natural processes using natural fibers, fabric, yarn, and threads; all embellished with organic materials found in nature. The exhibition invites viewers to consider the boundaries between the natural world and artistic creation, showcasing how traditional textile techniques can be transformed by incorporating elements from the environment.

Exhibition Overview

The body of work presented in this exhibition demonstrates a harmonious dialogue between processed materials and natural elements gathered from the natural world, creating pieces that honor both craft traditions and the organic beauty of the natural world. Each artwork serves as a study of my relationship with the environment, both in respect and admiration.
